Graphic Designer Needed

We’re seeking a skilled graphic designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and creating the visuals for all online media, print and product.

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Prepare copy for newsletters, brochures and campaigns
• Create images to convey the company’s ideas and values
• Develop graphics and visual for product illustrations for print and online media including the company websites

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or HND in Graphic Design or similar subject
• Minimum 3 years experience – preference will be given to candidates with product illustration experience
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Proficient with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• A strong portfolio of illustration or other graphics
• Must have access to personal laptop

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, organised and energetic individual to join our team

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Generate sales leads.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements:

• OND or H.N.D in a business discipline
• Good Relationship management skills
• Excellent communication – spoken and written
• Comfortable presenting in front of others
• Good numeracy skills – comfortable with maths
• Good IT skills – proficient with Microsoft Windows & Office, especially EXCEL
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good business acumen
• Good planning and organizational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Very Presentable – must take pride in your appearance, this is a sales role after all
