So what are we looking for? Sales People with the qualities below:

1. We’re looking for results driven, sales hungry, entrepreneurial people.

2. You need to be a GRADUATE or HND holder

3. Must be confident and an excellent communicator – verbal or written!!! You’ll be communicating directly with customers either via email, on the phone or face to face. It is essential you communicate well

4. Must be presentable!! This is a customer facing business so good presentation is important

5. Well organised – you’ll be managing schedules for measurement appointments, installation appointments and much more. You need to be organised and able to PRIORITISE effectively

6. MUST HAVE Computer skills – in this new IT driven market place knowledge of basic computing (how to use Microsoft Windows, Emails, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Excel & Word) are vital!! You will be tested on your abilities at interview.

7. Must be a team player – we’re Nigeria’s leading window blinds producer but we still like to keep the family of staff small. So we look for people that can fit in and work with us to achieve our goals.

The Training – you’ll be given training on all aspects of the business. The different blinds, their best applications, how to measure and even how to install!!

The Pay – competitive!! You’ll be given a competitive base salary and an even more competitive commission on EVERY single sale you bring in. So depending on how hungry you are for a sale…the sky is the limit!!!

Thats it. We’re looking for 2 to 3 people. It would definitely be a bonus if you have marketing or sales experience and can also drive!!
